The AI Fundi
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This website, theaifundi.com ("the site"), is operated by Chris Conley, doing business as The AI Fundi. This policy explains, in plain language, what data is handled when you visit the site and what your choices are.
What we collect
- Nothing automatically identifying. Browsing the site does not require an account and does not collect your name or email.
- Booking a call. If you book an intro call, the booking form is provided by Cal.com. The name, email address, and any notes you enter are processed by Cal.com and shared with us so we can hold the meeting. See the Cal.com privacy policy.
- Analytics (only with your consent). If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. Declining does not limit your use of the site.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when fetching them.
- Cal.com — powers the embedded booking calendar.
- Skool — The AI Fundi Lab community lives on skool.com. Following that link takes you to Skool's platform and their privacy terms apply there.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data, run advertising trackers, or send you marketing email you didn't ask for.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@theaifundi.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
